Serious USB-Blaster Problem in Altera Monitor Program

Hi,

I am trying to learn and use Altera Monitor Program. I am following the tutorials at the Altera University Program. These are very nice.

I can use USB-Blaster for downloading bitstreams to my DE2 board in Quartus II. However Altera Monitor Program cannot detect the USB-Blaster although Quartus II can. There is a serious problem.

    Is there any person who works for Altera and know something about this situation. In Xilinx forum, generally staff can reply to entries.

    There aren't a lot of people from Altera that read this forum, most of the time it is only users. If you need official support from Altera I think you'd better go through your FAE or use MySupport.
