SD Card UP Core

I cannot get the core to work.

I have installed the newest UP cores in the Altera 12.1 directory as described.

I have a working system without the SD Core, SOPC Builder works ok,

system download fine and works as expected.

When I add the SD core (I named it "sdcard"), the system generation is successful.

I add it to the top level design (bsf method).

But then I get always an error when compiling the design:

Error (12006): Node instance "sdcard" instantiates undefined entity "Altera_UP_SD_Card_Avalon_Interface"

What am I doing wrong?

    This thread:

    Using SD-Card reader on DE1 board (with Nios)

    showed a solution. It works for me, I had to copy the necessary *.vdl files manually in my project directory.

    THIS IS A NASTY BUG THAT NEEDS TO BE FIXED!
