Help Needed: Error "nios2-elf-as.exe: not found" while Assembling Nios II Program

hello sir i got the same error in my computer also can u resolve the issue sir

i got this error in intel fpga monitor program

i am installed quartus prime 23.1 std version and installed 21.1 intel fpga monitor program because in intel fpga monitor program only two version are available 18.1 and 21.1 so give me clarity that version is supported for quartus 23.1 std version or because of version change only i got this error please give me relpy sir
