Questa Starter Edition 21.1 Licence

Good day

I have installed Questa Starter Edition 21.1 an Windows 10 and got a licence (a file with dat extension).

I'm running Questa and getting "Unable to checkout a licence. .....".

I have added an environmental variable LM_LICENSE_FILE and browsed to licence file location.

Running lmutil lmdiag I'm getting a message "Licence file: 'location of the licence file'" and no other information.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the software by in no vain.

Are there any ideas?

    Welcome to INTEL forum. To further understand the issue, could you get me the:

    1) Screenshot of Quartus II>>tools>>license setup

    2) Quartus version used

    3) License.dat file

    For privacy, reply/attach file in private message.
