Problem with Altera monitor.

hi, May be i am stupid but i come with a new problem, using the Altera monitor program it is impossible for my student to dowload a program on the DE2_70 board, message is "unable to bind", howeve...

Yes i have a full licence for all involved stuff.

The problem is clearly linked to administrator privilege.

PC is running XP pro SP1.
