Output VGA with DE2

Hi all, I'm having a problem with my project, i need to output a video on a LCD screen from the DE2 board. My source video is an interlaced PAL signal. My system is actually a pipeline...

Hi,

First check your camera's working by using DE2 demonstrations programs in the Altera CD attached with the board by the name of DE2_TV. Hopes it works.
