Honored Contributorold dowloads quartus and modelsim
you know where I can find these two downloads: Quartus II Web Edition v10.1 and ModelSim Altera starter Edition V6.6 thanks giacomo.

Honored ContributorI just tried and this file downloads fine on my system. As I suggested, try to use another software.
The version 10.1 without the service pack can have some bugs that have been fixed in sp1.
