old dowloads quartus and modelsim

you know where I can find these two downloads: Quartus II Web Edition v10.1 and ModelSim Altera starter Edition V6.6 thanks giacomo.

It is the correct name. Altera's ftp server is sometimes a bit sluggish. Try to download the file with another software or change between passive/active ftp modes.

The modelsim version that you'll need is 10.1sp1_modelsim_ase_windows.exe
