Not able to generate .flash files from .elf files for NIOS II

Hey, I am trying to generate flash files from the .elf files for EPCS64 however the flash programmer does not generate any files in the directory nor is it programming the board. I am using DE0-...

Have you refer to Nios II programmer userguide below?
