Nonexistent "Nios II Hardware" Debug Config

When I go to debug my assembly application to write it to my DE2 board (using confirmed proper .sopcinfo and .sof files), there is no "Nios II Hardware" debug configuration. I attached a screenshot ...

The University Program tech support people have not responded since I sent the first email to them. I sent another email to them a couple days ago and still no response.

I tried all of those possible solutions, but to no avail.
