Nonexistent "Nios II Hardware" Debug Config

When I go to debug my assembly application to write it to my DE2 board (using confirmed proper .sopcinfo and .sof files), there is no "Nios II Hardware" debug configuration. I attached a screenshot ...

Yup D0M1NIX, I am seeing this very thing and am trying to find a solution. I am running an older version of Quartus and the Nios II SDK for Eclipse, 9.1sp2, on an unsupported OS for that version--Windows 7. I did not have this problem until the lab computer got switched from XP and I'm wondering if that is related.
