NIOS II Computer Systems

I have downloaded the UPDS. I scanned what examples are included and found Nios II Computer Systems. So I tried opening the media computer system for DE1. I can't seem to make it work on my DE!

Can anyone help me with this, please?

If possible, can anyone give a step-by-step instruction on which files to load to the board and what software to use.
