NIOS CPU missing debug module

"There are no Nios II CPUs with debug modules available which match the values

specified. Please check that your PLD is correctly configured, downloading a

new SOF file if necessary."

Have anybody faced ths problem before? I have specified the correct sof and qsys file provided by the university program.

I have no idea how to fix this. My quartus works fine though.
