Modelsim 6.5e

I am using Modelsim 6.5e simulator to get timing diagram.

as I use Quaruts 10.0 & NiosII EDS 10.0 for implementing application on DE0 Board & it is working.

but now I want to obeserve same result with the modelsim & for that calling modelsim from EDS but after that its not showing me expected result.

I had user guide of modelsim but its also telling about how to implement new project but i want to call project from EDS can you tell me the correct steps.
