Missing Quartus II 11.1 sp2 Cyclone II library primitives

I recently downloaded Quartus II 11.1 sp2 on my 64 bit Windows 7 computer and to my suprise the list of primitives were missing. I also noticed that the vector waveform file was opted out for Model Sim. Unfortunately the Model Sim crashed on my computer. I suspected that happened because it was a 32 bit download version. Could someone please help me with these problems and instruct me about the proper cookie settings for altera downloads? Thanks for everything.
