Hey mates..I have just started to work on Quartus..I have to do this exercise as a part of my course..Can you please guide me on how to approach things?

I dont have the starterkit kit which is mentioned in the last line of Page 2 on this assignment..I was trying to setup the audio video configs via the SOPC builder..but all to vain..

I'm terribly disappointed having no tutor to guide on this..Please help if you get time..
