ITU BT.601 to VGA

Hello all, I am trying to use the DE2 board to convert the output from the ADV7181 chip to RGB format so I can display it on an VGA compatible LCD monitor. I know nothing about video standards...

Also you have to generate HSYNC, and VSYNC according to the desired resolution
