'intelqsimstarter' licens error

hi, before this, I already got the licence and it runs fine. I suddenly got this "Error: Failure to obtain a Verilog simulation license. Unable to checkout 'intelqsimstarter' license." error when I tried to use university program simulation. last week I used the same simulation for the same thing, but now it doesn't work after I update the input name. I use Intel Quartus Lite on my own laptop.
