Intel University Program Download Links Broken.

Question

My classmate and I are trying to download the Intel FPGA Monitor Program from the University Program Installer available at this link:

https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/programmable/support/training/university/materials-software.html?&ifup_version=16.1

However, all of the links are broken. Is there a way to download the Intel FPGA Monitor Program compatible with the DE-10 Standard as soon as possible?
