intel quartus license setup window is not working in ubuntu

I have installed intel quartus prime standrad edition and running sudo ./quartus from directory home/intelFPGA/20.1/quartus/ the license setup window appears but it is blank, so I cannot add the lice...

I have uninstalled the software and installed the libraries suggested (Although I found that all those were already installed).

But even after that when I reinstalled the software the problem is still exist.

They software is still asking for licenses everytime I open it and then ask to installed any device. but during installing the cyclone V device it again gives that error that

"error reading INI file".

Also where is this INI file located. I didn't found in any location.

I had seen somewhere on web that it should be in .alter.quartus but this directory only contains quartus2.qreg file.
