Hi Syafieq,
Sorry for my late reply, I was away from my office.
Thanks for your reply on Intel Quartus Prime software, now I have a better idea about it.
Referring to the IP core license, I have some further questions:
1. Referring to your previous atachment of IPs bundled under commercial SW-ONE-QUARTUS, it seems cover IPs like FIR and FFT but Nios-II is not included. May I double confirm how about the other standard peripherals like high resolution timer, PLL, ADC Controller, JTAG UART, etc which normally form the standard reference module? Are they considered as part of the IPs bundled under commercial SW-ONE-QUARTUS or considered as external / 3rd party IPs which needs to purchase separate/additional license?
2. I have also browsed to the link: 4.4.4. Intellectual Property (IP) Cores Licenses
Referring to the statement "You only need to purchase a full production license for licensed Intel® FPGA IP cores after completing hardware testing and you are ready to use the IP in production. The rest of the time, you can use the Intel® FPGA IP Evaluation Mode feature to evaluate IP cores."
Based on the statement, can I assume as long as our invention is not ready for a full production for commercial sales purpose (still in pre-commercial stage), we are still allow to use the IPs in evaluation mode?
3. Shall I use this link to look for local sales office or distributor to purchase the external / 3rd party IP license?
