Intel FPGA Monitor Program different versions download link

Hi, I'm using quartus prime lite 18.0 and want to download monitor program version 18.0. But I can't find it anywhere. there is only version 18.1 in this link https://fpgacademy.org/tools.html ...

That's right. That is the latest and working version for now. Monitor Program 18.0 is not supported anymore. You may have to upgrade quartus to version 18.1 in order to match Monitor Program version.
