How to re-activate failed fixed license in Quartus properly?

Hello,

I recently bought Arria 10 SoC dev Kit. And I generated the fixed license come with it. but when I use it in Quartus Prime pro and try to compile any design, the following error comes up:

"Current license file does not support 10AS066N3F40E2SG device."

I generated the license many times using Self Service Licensing Center dashboard. but unfortunately no results.

Kindly, give us any work-around or ideas to fix this.
