How I can fix my access to the new Intel Self Service Licensing Center?

I used to have access to Altera Self Service Licensing Center (http://www.altera.com/mysupport), which seems to have migrated to https://fpgasupport.intel.com/AlteraLicensing/license/index.html. Unfortunatelly I cannot access my license files in this new site. I got the following error message: "You do not have the necessary permissions to access this page."
