I got a partial workaround for this issue. It appears that the core does not work with all SD cards. I tried a Lexar Media SD card 128MB initially, which didn't work. But my Apacer and Nokia branded SD card works. SDHC cards don't work. Now I'm trying to get it working with the DMA controller to speed it up. kwuaker, thanks for sending me your core. What transfer rate did you get from your core?
