How can i read Jpeg image from SDCARD with using University program SDcard controller

I dont have any idea to read JPEG image from SDCARD and how can view it on VGA.

I have tried for text file. It successfully created it in SDCard and also i can read the text file from SDCard then after i used VGA to display the text. It successfully works.

But dont know how to read the JPEG image .I can use the same module for reading the JPEG image.or else suggest me what are the modules needed in SoPC builder.
