fail to install quartus II web edition 13.1

Question

Hallo!
I have  continuously tried to install several versions of quartus II web edition. What I did was the same as those tutorials on the internet, but it always comes out like this. Please help me!!
Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Hi Jun,Could you try below KDB.https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/programmable/support/support-resources/knowledge-base/solutions/rd08012013_389.htmlIf it persist, try to redownload and reinstall Quartus.Anyway, I would recommend you to use latest Quartus that support your device.Thanks,Regards
