eeprom EPM7128SQC100-15 Programmer

Hello I´m looking for an EEPROM programer, i need copy EPM7128SQC100-15 device and burn to other one. can you help me to decide a programmer for this job. thank´s

I found PL-APU USB Master programing, with this card i can burn EPM7128SQC100-15 EEPROM
