Degree/education/university advice

I have a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering. I work as an associate FPGA engineer. I really enjoy FPGAs, RTL design, Verilog, VHDL, systemverilog, DSP, etc... If I wanted to get a master's degree to continue my education and advance my career in these subjects do you have any degree specializations or university's you would recommend? Any good universities in California? I welcome any and all advice, thank you.
