Deformation for the VTI99G02-06055F-LF----------EPCQ4ASI8N

Customer feedback they received EPCQ4ASI8N had deformation , would you kindly help check with supplier how to solve it ?

    Hello,


    Application Engineer will check with QRE for the deformation report. If this qualified for RMA, we will start the process.
