DE2i-150 BIOS Flashing

I downloaded the BIOS file "TCDVCRB1.86C.R0058.fd" from www.terasic.com . There is no information regarding flashing the BIOS in any of the user manuals. Any advice?

    Unfortunately, the support for this board is something left to be desired. As of now there is no tool to flash the BIOS at the Terasic resource section for this board. The website of the BIOS manufacturer Byosoft lists a tool called Byoflash but its not available for download either.
