DE2 problem with VGA

Hi,

I am trying to produce a vga output to my monitor in VHDL. I understood the basics of timing. When I used waveform than everything is OK. But when the proram run monitor show just blank monitor or when is ok, monitor shows the color which i selected but shows wrong resolution. I give here my code
