DE2 Flash Programmer in Eclipse

I am working on projects on DE2. I have tested my program, and it worked fine. Then, I would like to program .sof + .elf into DE2 onboard flash. But, it failed. Here are two screen captures. It generated an Error Code: 8 message. Does any body know why?

FYI, the reset vector points to ALTERA_UP_IP_DE2_FLASH, 0x00000000.
