Copying image from DE2-70 SDRAM to my PC

Hi,

I am doing a project using Altera DE2-70 board, Terassic 5MP Camera. Using the ref design code the process of displaying the image from Camera to the LCD pannel is done. I need to access the image stored in the SDRAM using NIOS processor and save that image onto my pc. Can someone please give me some pointers on how I can read the image data from sDRAM and save it to my PC.
