Can't access my account and licenses

Hi

I got a software donation from intel FPGA (Fixed License (Quantity: 3)) under Intel FPGA University Program in 2018.

I didn't have a chance to login into my account for a while. I recently tried to login but I couldn't access my account. I sent email to support and they suggested me to register again to login. I used the same account information to login but now I can't access the page that show my licenses.

Here is the link I used to login (https://fpgasupport.intel.com/Licensing/license/index.html)

Any help would be very appreciative

    I somehow just managed to access my account. So for right now the problem looks like being solved

      Just for information for another user with the same issue, you may clear cache on your browser and have a try again.

      If the issue is not solved, please contact your DFAE or you may file a new Forum for support.

      New user register here

      Registered user go to this link

      If you need Evaluation License or Free License go to this link
