Hello
I am trying to answer but the email bounces back.
Here is another trial, let's hope this time it is OK,
Is this link good enough?
Attached pictures:
the first is taken from the WWW (you have a link),
The other is taken from Afeka's intranet system (may be limited to staff members as it requires authentication)
It is written in Hebrew, you can still verify my phone number as well...
Thank you
Regards,
Joseph Gabbay

  • Hi Joseph,

Thanks for reaching out to Altera Community Forum. I would like to clarify a few things with you first, and see how can we be of help.

    1. Were you trying to register through this URL? https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/secure/forms/developer/fpga-academic-enrollment/request.html
    2. What error do you see? Or what problem do you faced? (detail elaboration would be greatly appreciated)
    3. What is the email address that you've tried to contact that got bounced back?

    Thanks,

    Wei Han

  • Hi Joseph,

    Hello BB, Wei Han,

I registered in this link and was redirected to another page:

    https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/secure/forms/developer/fpga-academic-enrollment/request.html

Then I applied there for membership in the academic program.

I got response from fpga academic and was asked for details.

Information Required: Intel® FPGA Academic Program Membership Application L-013561 ref : 00Q7V00001wsNV2UAM

    I tried to answer.

Unfortunately, any mail sent back to

    fpga.academic@intel.com

    is rejected.

Here is an error message that I get:

    Address not found

"Your message wasn't delivered to fpga.academic@intel.com because the address couldn't be found or is unable to receive mail.

Trying my private gmail account rather than the academic account resulted in the same fault.

My membership of the Academic program was approved

The next step is to demonstrate a stand-alone operation of the soft core NIOS II operation.
We have Terasic boards with Cyclone IV, Cyclone V and MAX10

Re: Intel® FPGA Academic Program: Solutions Request [00128773] Created

What SW elements should be installed and How to get a license for NIOS II that can work as a stand-alone machine without JTAG tied to the board?
    Thank you
    Joseph G.

  • Hi Joseph,

Apologies for the inconvenient cause, could you please try using this email below instead:

    • FPGAUniversity <FPGAUniversity@intel.com>

There seems to be some confusion on the previous email.

Feedback noted and we would route this to the correct team to look into.

    Hope that clarify.
