Cannot find download location for Quartus Prime Lite 19.1

Hello I am looking to install the Quartus Prime Lite version 19.1 but I am only able to find the most recent installation. When I select the drop down menu for version 19.1 there is no where to downl...

Please be informed that starting October 1st, the FPGA Forum on community.intel.com will be placed in read-only mode.
