Fifo approach worked fine. Besides using FiFo from Megawizard, I needed to create a state machine to control fifo. I used Volnei Pedroni's book as a reference. I noticed that the depth of FiFo from Megaqizard has some values predefined, so I have some questions: 1) Is it possible to change the predefined values? 2) Is there any design template of designing a FiFo using some kind of HDL?
