Change the CPU frequency of HAN Pilot Platform

Hello.

I've changed the cpu frequency of arria 10 using intel quartus design platform.

(I changed mpu_base_clk: 0.9v, 1.0 GHz -> 0.95v, 1.2 GHz)

When i type command cat /sys/kernel/debug/bpmp/debug/clk/clk_tree after compilation,

clock value is not changed.

How can I apply the newly changed clock?
