I would like to use the Altera Ethernet Design Toolkit used in AN699 but I cannot find a download for the software. Can someone provide me with a link to download the Ethernet Design Toolkit? Thank you.

You can download the reference design from the BLUE download link in AN699 doc directly.

- refer to page 3 (Getting Started -> Ethernet Design Example with the toolkit)
