Why won't this web site work with Firefox?

I forgot to add that it won't let me log in. It says an unexpected error occurred, try again.

We recommend these steps to get the issue resolved-

1. Clear all the cache and cookies.
2. Generally Sign Out to the browser, close the browser and then reopen the browser to Sign In .
