why the menu FILE →"NEW"→ "OTHER FILES" → "WAVEFORM VECTOR FILE" doesn't exist in my version of Quartus II ??

In the begin I used Quartus II version 12.1 Build 177, Yesterday I download the version 81.1.0 Build 625 and now I can see "WAVEFORM VECTOR FILE" in this version, I think that is ok, thanks a lot.
