Why do cyrillic characters not display correctly in Quartus Prime Pro Edition 18.0?

Hi,

What he means is that Cyrillic characters are not being displayed correctly in Quartus V18. Cyrillic characters are used in Russian and other EU languages. Check if there is any option to change the language in Quartus options.
