why cant i find the option"Add Pass-Through Logic to Inferred RAMs" in Quartus2 V12.0

i try to turn off the option "add pass-through logic to inferred rams” under settings/analysis & settings / more settings...

But i cant fint it! :( Please see the attachment below.

how can i globally turn it off?
