Why can't find LPT in quartus 9.1 programmer?

My OS is win vista and my software version is quartus 9.1. But when I tried to download the program through the byteblaster,the system can not find the hardware.If I added the hardware, Port item displayed that"Kernel mode driver not installed". Then I tried to install win2000.inf, but I still can't install it suceesfully.My parallel port is 378/IRQ7 and parallel port mode is SPP(EPP could not recognize the LPT in quartus either).So why is that?What can I do next?
