Which version of Quartus does 2018.03 license support?

Hello,

Our company is currently using Quartus II version 14.0. But we need to use a later version of Quartus for a new project that uses Arria 10 or Cyclone 10.

We have a license that works for 14.0, the version is 2018.03, and it's permanent. We tried it on Quartus 21.2 and the license didn't work.

We don't want to purchase a new license, and are fine with using version 17.x or 18.x.

Could you let us know which version of Quartus is our license good for?
