Which output file format do I need to create for Passive Parallel loading of Cyclone 10? No encryption, compression, device chaining etc. Just a sequence of bytes (octets) to send to he FPGA by (say)...
The answer: use RBF format. Just send all bytes as is, and add few dummy clock cycles after the last byte,
