what is DDIOOECELL?

Hello All,

I have few queries ......

1) What is DDIOOECELL? although i tried to look for an answer couldnt get one.

2) what code would interpret DDIOOECELL?

    Hi,

    where did you read that? Sounds like something you found in an index of some spec, like V_DDIOOECELL, but it doesn't ring a bell. If you provide some context someone might be able to help.
