what I am missing so that programmer finds the Pin assignments?

I wanted to run a very simple vhdl code on DE0 board which blinking LED by full adder. after I finished the code ,pin planner and tried to programme it into the board. the Programmer does not find the file! I know I might not generated the sof file , I just need to know where I missed the step of generating it.

    I found the reason, I must have put the SW11 to RUN and not to PROG
