what happened about "ip-generate FAILED" ?

when I aoced hello_world, it emerged some errors,

"Code path doesn't support quarter-rate yet"

"Error: system.board.pcie: Selected device family :Cyclone V is not supported"

...

now, I compile hello_world without FPGA board.

    I'm having the same problem. But then I haven't build the support package for Cyclone V GT yet.

    Is it because of this? Or some other problem?
